1. Introduction

Welcome to Crucial Skills Training Center LLC. By registering for or using our services—including CPR training, background checks, and receiving SMS/email communications—you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide:

  • American Heart Association (AHA) CPR Training including BLS for Healthcare Providers, Heartsaver CPR/AED, and First Aid courses.

  • Background Checks including BCI and FBI fingerprinting.
    All services follow the guidelines and requirements of their respective governing bodies. Course details, schedules, and fingerprinting appointment times are available on our booking platforms.

3. Registration and Payment

  • Registration must be completed and paid in full online to secure your spot.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards.

  • Seats are limited; walk-ins are not guaranteed.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds.

  • Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice and may incur a $25 reschedule fee or at the instructor’s discretion.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit course fees.

5. Course or Appointment Changes by Us

If we must reschedule or cancel a class or appointment, you will be notified promptly and offered rescheduling at no extra cost or a full refund.

6. Certification

  • AHA eCards are issued same day upon successful course completion and skills testing. However, in some cases AHA certification is issued within 48 hours of completion (max 5 business days) through Crucial Skills Training Center. (ID: ID: 24112737930)

  • Participants must pass both written and skills testing to receive certification.

7. Late Arrival Policy

Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted and must reschedule according to policy.

8. Remediation Policy

  • One free retake is allowed for failed written or skills tests.

  • A second failure requires full course retake and payment.

9. Participant Dismissal

Students who are disruptive, under the influence, or fail to follow instructions may be dismissed without refund.

10. Non-Discrimination & Accommodations

We are committed to providing equal access to training services and do not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, disability, or background.

Participants who require accommodations (such as an interpreter, assistive devices, or special seating) are responsible for arranging and providing those services at their own expense. We will make reasonable efforts to support accessibility needs when requests are made at least 7 days before the scheduled class.

11. Background Check Policies

  • Clients must bring valid government-issued photo ID to all fingerprinting appointments.

  • Results are sent directly to the requesting agency; we do not interpret or alter results.

  • No refunds once fingerprints have been submitted.

12. Liability Limit

  • Processing: All BCI and FBI background checks are processed directly by FastFingerprints. Crucial Skills Training Center LLC only facilitates scheduling and submission of fingerprints.

  • Responsibility: FastFingerprints is responsible for processing, results, and delivery to the requesting agency. We do not review, interpret, or alter results in any way.

  • Refunds & Issues: Any issues with background check processing, delays, or denials must be addressed directly with FastFingerprints. Crucial Skills Training Center LLC is not responsible for results, errors, or processing delays.

  • Client Requirements: Clients must provide valid government-issued photo ID at appointments and comply with all FastFingerprints requirements.

13. Privacy Policy

  • Information Collected: Names, contact info, and payment details.

  • Usage: To process registrations, schedule services, issue certifications, and send confirmations.

  • Protection: We use industry-standard safeguards; however, no system is 100% secure.

  • SMS Consent: By providing your number, you consent to receive class reminders and service updates. We do not sell your information. Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe.

14. SMS & Email Terms

  • Message frequency depends on your course or service.

  • Standard carrier rates may apply.

  • Reply “HELP” for support or “STOP” to unsubscribe.

15. Policy Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of changes.
